Crystal Pawlak, MS, LAT, ATC

Crystal joined the Synapse team in March 2021. She is the Head Athletic Trainer at Riverdale Ridge High School. From Arizona originally, she moved to Colorado in December of 2011 in pursuit of her education. In 2015 she graduated from University of Northern Colorado with her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training. Crystal went on to receive her Masters of Science in Education from University of Wyoming, where she was a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer with the Men’s and Women’s Swim and Dive team. As well as helped out with all the athletic teams at the university including some club sports such as rugby and lacrosse.

Medicine has always been a part of Crystals life, growing up with nurses and doctors in her family, she knew that it would one day be her path. Learning about sports medicine in high school sparked a passion for both medicine and athletics and pointed her towards Athletic Training.

Crystal and her husband reside in Westminster where they enjoy hockey, baseball, brunch, hiking with their dog, and snowboarding together.
